By accessing or using DEAS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DEAS provides AI-powered digital employees ("CrewAI Agents") that perform tasks as requested by users. The Service is provided by Soma AI (Pty) Ltd, a South African company.
You agree to: provide accurate information when using the Service, not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, not submit tasks that violate any laws or third-party rights, and not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI systems.
Work products generated by DEAS for you are owned by you. DEAS and the underlying AI technology, including CrewAI agent definitions, tooling, and orchestration logic, are the intellectual property of Soma AI (Pty) Ltd.
DEAS generates content using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all deliverables before use. DEAS outputs should not be used as sole basis for financial, legal, medical, or safety-critical decisions without human review.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Soma AI (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Your use of DEAS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
